These terms apply to Aryan Platform and to every branded app built on it, including Aryan Restaurant and Aryan Grocery.
Orders are placed directly with the business whose app you're using. Prices, item availability, and delivery areas are set by that business, not by Aryan Platform. An order may be cancelled by the business if an item becomes unavailable or if it falls outside their serviceable delivery area, in which case you'll be notified.
Payment is currently Cash on Delivery, shown clearly at checkout along with the order total, any applicable delivery fee, and tax. In-app card and UPI payment is on our roadmap and will be added as businesses complete the required registration.
Delivery is available only within the pincodes the business has set as their serviceable area. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on the business's order volume and preparation time.
You may cancel an order from the app before it's been dispatched, and you'll be asked to provide a reason. The business may also cancel an order with a reason, for example if an item runs out.
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact us immediately. You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account in the app.
Aryan Platform provides the technology — the app and dashboard — that connects you with independent local businesses. We are not the seller of record for the food, groceries, or other goods you order, and we're not responsible for the quality of items or for delays caused by the business itself. Any dispute about an order's contents or quality should be raised with the business first; we're glad to help facilitate that conversation.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised terms.
