Information We Collect

When you create an account and place orders, we collect:

• Account details — your name, phone number, and email address
• Order information — items ordered, delivery address, and selected payment method (currently Cash on Delivery; we do not store card or bank details)
• Location — your delivery pincode, used only to confirm the order is within a deliverable area
• A device push token, used solely to send you order-status and promotional notifications

How We Use Your Information

• To process and deliver your orders
• To send order-status updates and, where you haven't opted out, occasional promotional notifications about offers
• To provide customer support and improve the app

How Information Is Shared

Your order details are shared only with the specific business you're ordering from, so they can prepare and fulfil your order. We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not share it with any business other than the one you placed the order with.

Your Choices

You can review and update your account details at any time from the app's Profile screen. If you'd like your account permanently deleted, you can do so yourself from Profile → Delete Account, or by emailing us at hello.aryanplatform@gmail.com. Deleting your account removes your personal details from our systems; past order records are kept in anonymised form only where the business needs them for accounting purposes.

Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Order records are retained by the business you ordered from for accounting and legal purposes, even after account deletion, but with your personal identifying details removed.
